  • Experience prioritizing roadmap work across multiple teams or stakeholder groups.
  • Customer-first mindset with practical commercial judgment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define product direction for technical platforms, services, or internal/customer-facing systems.
  • Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear roadmaps and priorities.
  • Build consensus across engineering, product, design, customer support, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions across teams.
  • Use metrics, customer feedback, and operational insight to improve platform performance and customer experience.
  • Support integration of capabilities across the business.
  • Create decision frameworks that help teams move quickly while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.
  • Technical product management experience with platforms, services, commerce, access/licensing, developer tooling, web systems, or complex software products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Experience prioritizing roadmap work across multiple teams or stakeholder groups.
  • Customer-first mindset with practical commercial judgment.
