Role: Technical Product Manager

We are seeking to hire a Technical Product Manager to oversee and support the workshop Technical Assistants at our L&D Centre, including ordering materials. The role may involve product training on Eurocell Building Plastics product ranges.

• Manage workshop Technical Assistants
• Order materials
• Resolve escalated issues regarding stock and deliveries
• Conduct product training to staff to enhance product knowledge
• Inspect and survey properties and organize remedial actions
• Produce records and reports as required
• Handle queries from installers, householders, architects, and internal sources
• Ensure team compliance training is up-to-date and recorded

Requirements for the Technical Product Manager:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in team outputs
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Experience managing teams
• Resource planning experience
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions at team level
• Full driving license and willingness to travel with overnight stays as necessary
