Job summary
Talent Sure Recruitment Limited is partnering with a Bournemouth-based distributor to appoint a Technical Product Analyst. Based in Bournemouth, you will support the Commercial Manager with supplier negotiations, inventory optimisation, product lifecycle activities, and range development.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a resilient supply chain while maximising margins on technical product lines.
Qualifications
- Experience in an analytical role within a technical components or hardware product environment.
- Strong experience with ERP systems and stock control software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sharp commercial mindset with ability to analyse datasets and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement and sourcing activities with authorised suppliers.
- Assist supplier relationship management including price reviews and lead times.
- Review sales trends and stock movement to optimise inventory.
- Manage technical datasheets, product specs, part numbers, and compliance docs.
- Analyse product profitability, pricing structures, and market trends.
- Analyse market positioning for core technical product lines.
