The role requires experience in technical components or hardware supply chains, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a focus on margins and lifecycle management. This permanent, full-time position is based at their Bournemouth office with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or product management within technical components or related hardware.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and stock control software experience.
• Clear understanding of profit margins, stock movement, pricing structures, and supplier performance.
• Experience with ERP systems and regulatory compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: manage purchasing activity and negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and MOQs.
• Supplier Relationship Management: monitor lead times and quality, evaluate performance, resolve queries.
• Inventory & Stock Optimisation: review sales trends and demand to maintain stock availability and prevent excess.
• Technical Data & Compliance: manage datasheets, specifications, part numbers, and compliance docs in ERP.
• Commercial Analysis: analyse profitability, pricing, and market trends to support price lists.
• Product & Portfolio Management: oversee lifecycle, pricing, margins, and market positioning of core product lines.
