Acorn Insurance, part of the Acorn Group, is seeking a Technical Personal Injury Handler to proactively manage a caseload of technically complex and/or high value PI claims.
This hybrid role is based in Liverpool (or Sevenoaks) with 37.5 hours per week and opportunities to mentor junior staff, support with training, and contribute to wider claims strategies.
As a Technical Personal Injury Handler, you will proactively manage a caseload of technically complex and/or high value (multi track) PI claims. This will also include litigated claims, within the Haven Delegated Authority Agreement, referral process, and reinsurance of treaty requirements.
You will also provide technical support and guidance to less experienced claims handlers and be available to offer training and act as a referral point.
