Job summary

Yeo Valley Group is seeking a Technical Operator to support production at our site in Wedmore. You will operate and optimise complex machines, ensuring the highest product quality and acting as the go-to person for the team on complex processes and root-cause analysis.

The role follows a 4on 4off shift pattern, with working hours 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00. Prior experience on our production lines and a proactive approach to Food Safety are highly valued.

• Relevant work experience as a machine Operator in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimise complex machines or processing equipment to maintain product quality.
• Support the team with complex operational processes and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and validate safety and quality controls across the production line.
