MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate processing and packing equipment following manufacturing recipes, batch cards, SOPs, and work instructions.
2. Inspect and maintain safety (LOTO) and quality (HACCP / GMP) standards.
3. Execute equipment start-up and shutdown safely.
4. Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and efficiency.
5. Prepare production documentation such as batch records and reports.
6. Adjust process variables and demonstrate their impact on the final product.
7. Perform autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, and lubrication.
8. Detect equipment issues and implement improvements to prevent deterioration.
9. Maintain equipment performance by understanding its structure and troubleshooting abnormalities.
10. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical control systems.
11. Work independently or in teams, utilizing problem-solving tools like RCA and 5 Why.
12. Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in food and drinks.
2. Good literacy and numeracy skills, equivalent to English & Maths O’Level/GCSE.
3. Mechanical aptitude.
4. Understanding of quality standards and brand impact.
5. Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Flexible and adaptable work approach.
8. Positive attitude, team player.
