Responsibilities

• Stand in for the Team Leader during training or holiday absences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy working environment, following HACCP and GMP.
• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the operational plan.
• Identify and solve problems online and guide colleagues to solutions.
• Carry out changeovers/handovers to improve department performance.
• Understand KPI targets and coordinate activities to deliver and improve them.
• Complete relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Train others and share knowledge to uphold standards.

Provide assistance to the Team Leader by carrying out activities such as co-ordinating labour and material movements, operating systems and resolving process issues. Must also facilitate CI activities and forward plan to optimise the processes.**Responsibilities*** Stands in for the Team Leader, when necessary; during planned absence such as training and holiday.
