Griffith Foods Inc. is seeking a Technical Operative to join our Somercotes site onsite. You will work as part of a team to safely operate and maintain production processes, support the Team Leader, and help deliver daily operational targets.

This role requires continuous improvement mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work with HACCP and GMP standards. You will contribute to changeovers, data recording, and training colleagues to uphold quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated use of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Extensive manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train others and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Stand in for the Team Leader during training or holiday absences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy working environment, following HACCP and GMP.
• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the operational plan.
• Identify and solve problems online and guide colleagues to solutions.
• Carry out changeovers/handovers to improve department performance.
• Understand KPI targets and coordinate activities to deliver and improve them.
• Complete relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Train others and share knowledge to uphold standards.
