Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains offers multiple year-long placements within our Technical Operations teams in Milton Keynes. You will work in hands-on roles at our state-of-the-art facilities, contributing to component planning, BoMs, and process improvement for power unit programmes.

Expected knowledge includes at least one year of undergraduate study in Engineering, Science or Technology, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience from at least one year of undergraduate study in Engineering, Science or Technology.
• Demonstrated passion for engineering and curiosity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to break complex technical problems down to fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of best practice methods, processes, and tools across departments to improve efficiency.
• Lead and support engineering project planning and delivery with ambitious deadlines.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs) to support design and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams to deliver engineering solutions.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional processes from production to testing and reuse.
