Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a successful renewable energy provider specializing in Commercial, Industrial, and Utility-scale Solar projects to recruit a Solar O&M Coordinator for their main office in South Somerset.

The position offers a salary of up to £40,000, along with a company pension and private health insurance.

Responsibilities and duties

• Monitor the Solar Systems
• Oversee the scheduling of maintenance for installations
• Provide insights and support for system troubleshooting
• Ensure timely completion of compliance, invoicing, and stocktaking
• Organize and maintain records of system performance, maintenance activities, and issues
• Share knowledge with other staff members

Professional qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A degree in Engineering or Renewable Energy
• At least 3 years' experience in Operations and Maintenance, ideally within Solar
• Experience with Industrial Scale solar projects is desirable
• Electrical certifications such as 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
