Nexus Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the Testing Services Laboratory. You will drive strategic initiatives, build a high-performing team and ensure ISO17025 compliance while delivering value to clients.

The role combines technical leadership with commercial acumen, overseeing project pipelines, tender bids, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of strategic leadership experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams and HR issues.
• Strong commercial sense with ability to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for testing services expansion.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team and manage appraisals.
• Ensure ISO17025/9001/14001 compliance and environmental management.
• Drive tender bids, commercial initiatives, and project pipelines.
• Oversee performance management and absence management.
• Collaborate with QHSE to address issues and non-conformances.
