Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - External

Your key responsibilities

Work with a portfolio of clients to transform IT, HR, Customer Service, Facilities, Risk, Legal, or other capabilities through the ServiceNow platform.

As a Manager, help clients achieve business results through technical solutions, delivering quality and insightful outcomes.

Lead a range of projects to deliver value and successful outcomes through ServiceNow and its products, including IRM.

Facilitate workshops and sessions to understand client challenges and demonstrate solutions.

Contribute technically and functionally to solutions and sales.

Lead and support development teams to reach their potential and deliver outstanding outcomes.

Set up and lead ways of working to ensure positive, inclusive, and energetic project execution.

Maintain standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Meet deadlines individually and as a team leader.

Build effective client relationships and influence stakeholders.

Participate in knowledge sharing and best practices with UK, EMEA, and global teams.

Coach and develop others, acting as a positive role model.

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow and IRM knowledge.
  • Proven track record of implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator and CIS in modules like GRC or HR.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and delivering sustainable solutions.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Big 4, management consultancy, or in-house ServiceNow projects.
  • Experience in Financial Services sector.
  • Knowledge of broader ServiceNow solutions and SaaS/PaaS tools.
