You will drive technical excellence, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Senior technical or quality leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• HACCP, BRCGS and food safety standards knowledge.
• Ability to lead audits and implement corrective actions.
• Degree in Food Science/Technology or related discipline; Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical team to deliver operational and technical activities.
• Oversee compliance with HACCP, BRCGS and customer standards.
• Lead site audits (internal, customer, third-party) and drive CAPAs.
• Manage documentation and data systems; analyze trends for continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, holidays and absence records.
