Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and BRCGS standards.
• Experience supporting customer, retailer, or third-party audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Technical function, ensuring safety, quality, legality and authenticity of all products.
• Maintain and develop HACCP and food safety systems; uphold BRCGS certification.
• Oversee supplier approval processes and specifications for brands and retailers.
• Support new product development and factory trials; manage customer complaints with corrective actions.
• Collaborate across departments to foster a happy, compliant culture.
