Job summary

b3 jobs ltd is seeking a Technical Manager to lead and enhance the quality management system across our Hampshire/Dorset site. You will ensure compliance with food safety, quality, integrity and legality, maintaining and improving HACCP plans and prerequisite programs.

In this role you will manage all stages of the NPD process, ensuring documentation supports compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The package includes strong pension contributions and generous holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years within food safety and compliance.
• Familiar with BRC Food Safety version 8.
• Working knowledge of HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, integrity and legality.
• Ensure HACCP plan and prerequisite programs are documented and reviewed at the necessary frequency.
• Manage all stages of the NPD procedure with documentation for evidence of compliance.
