Job summary

BMR Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Technical Manager – A&D to lead engineering excellence on New Product Introduction programmes in Clevedon. You will steer multidisciplinary teams and ensure concepts become manufacturable, reliable products that meet customer and business goals.

Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you will act as the technical authority across mechanical, electrical, software, test, and development disciplines, guiding designs through development lifecycle with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Experience with international teams and overseas travel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority across projects and ensure design intent is understood.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, software, test and development.
• Drive standardised, configurable, and cost-optimised system designs.
• Collaborate with Programme Management and Technology teams to align strategy.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence within programmes.
• Manage engineering resources including headcount, equipment and software/hardware.
