Job summary

Bellway plc is recruiting a Technical Manager to join the Southern Counties Division. You will support the Technical Director and cross-functional teams in delivering accurate architectural and technical information across multiple live developments.

The role requires a background as a Senior Technical Coordinator/Technical Manager within a volume housebuilder and a valid CSCS card. The role is office-based with regular travel to development sites, offering a competitive salary, annual bonus,

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Senior Technical Coordinator/Technical Manager within a technical function for a volume housebuilder.
• HNC/HND in a building related topic; CSCS card or equivalent.
• Current full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Director and wider business across construction projects with timely delivery of accurate architectural and technical information.
• Coordinate programmes, packages, detail packages and superstructures before final issue; ensure drawings tie up.
• Brief consultants on drawing information distribution and key dates to meet procurement requirements.
