Job summary

Strata Consulting is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to oversee practical drainage and infrastructure design, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. You will use CAD tools to create and review drawings, lead prototype development, and mentor junior engineers while delivering multi-disciplinary programs.

You will apply your knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage to deliver high-quality infrastructure designs that balance innovation with practicality.

The ideal candidate will be able to

About you

Supporting the design department's leadership under the department head's guidance. TheAssociate Civil Engineerwill have exceptional engineering judgement, application, and innovation while providing solutions throughout project stages.

You will ideally be able to

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and other relevant tools.
  • Skilled in mentoring and developing junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices in infrastructure design and project management.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to sustainable drainage design practices, integrating environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions into infrastructure projects.
  • A relevant Civil Engineering degree or related field.
