REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Technical Manager or Design Manager with a national or regional housebuilder.
• Experience of RC frame projects and strong technical background
• Knowledge of building regs & quality standards
• HNC/HND in a building-related field.
• CSCS card or equivalent qualification.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity.

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £70k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
