Job summary

MorePeople are partnering with an established food business in Hertfordshire that manufactures premium products for top retailers. They are seeking a Technical Manager to lead the Technical and Quality teams.

In this role you will drive food quality, food safety and integrity standards within the factory, update and maintain the QMS, conduct audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a QA team in food manufacturing and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a QA team in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience of HACCP, BRC and retailer standards.
• Drive to deliver the highest standards of food quality, safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical and Quality teams and drive standards across the factory.
• Update and maintain the QMS and conduct audits.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked.

MorePeople are working with an established food business in Hertfordshire that manufactures premium products some of the top tier retailers who is looking for a Technical Manager to lead their Technical and Quality teams.

In this Technical Manager position you will lead the Technical and Quality teams and be responsible for driving food quality, food safety and integrity standards within the factory. You will also lead the Technical Services team responsible for updating and maintaining the QMS, conduct audits and ensure any corrective actions are implemented.

As the ideal candidate for this Technical Manager position you will have experience of leading and developing a QA team within a food manufacturing environment, knowledge and experience of HACCP, BRC and retailer standards coupled with a drive to deliver the highest standards of food quality, safety and integrity.
