About the role for a Technical Manager

As a Technical Manager you will focusing on pre construction, advising on site constraints and risks whilst also thinking outside the box on up front appraisals on tenders/opportunities, and identify and report on risk and provide a technical overview on this.

Requirements for a Technical Manager

• Technical experience with a housing developer
• Experience with PCSA's and able to put PCSA programmes together
• Experience with sectional agreements such as S104, 106, 38, 278
