  • Provide technical guidance to compliance teams, auditors and certification bodies across the Group.
  • Respond to internal and external technical queries and share best practice across the organisation.

Audit, Accreditation & Governance

  • Support planning and delivery of accreditation body audits and scheme owner assessments.
  • Contribute to the external witnessed audit programme and ensure findings are effectively closed out.
  • Support internal audit planning to ensure full coverage of business and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accreditation and recognition status through robust technical oversight.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Maintain strong communication channels with global stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scheme developments.
  • Act as technical liaison with Sales to support sector strategies and commercial opportunities.
  • Attend industry forums and contribute to sector‑specific content such as blogs, insights and training.
  • Support change management processes, ensuring effective consultation and communication.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of scheme‑related complaints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheme efficiency, documentation and technical controls.
What success looks like

  • Effective management of witness assessments and accreditation requirements.
  • Clear, consistent communication of technical changes across the Group.
  • Well‑maintained and efficient scheme documentation.
  • Timely delivery of transitions and scope extensions.
  • Continued maintenance of global accreditations.
What you’ll bring

  • Recognised qualifications relevant to QHSE schemes (internal or external).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach.
