Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on Cisco & Meraki expertise (testing, repairs, fixes)

• Perform proactive testing, repairs, and fixes on Cisco & Meraki equipment (routers, switches, access points)
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely returns, repairs, and support
• Utilize technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
• Handle stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
• Lead, manage, and optimize your team’s performance
• Document processes and generate reports for insights and improvements
• Maintain high quality standards across all activities
