Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a Technical Lead in London to guide architecture, design and delivery across our technology portfolio. You will partner with Architects, Product Owners and Developers to drive high-quality solutions and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, scalable design, and collaboration with global teams, within an Agile environment. Permanent role based in London.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years in a Technical Lead, Solutions Engineer or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering in Agile environments with strong design and coding capabilities.
• Experience with Python and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation and test-driven development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership across design, development and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Developers to shape solution design.
• Lead architecture discussions and ensure alignment with high-level designs.
• Mentor team members and drive improvements in development processes.
