Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering with a few years in a lead/developer role within Agile teams.
• Strong experience with Typescript as a minimum; Python/Java desirable.
• Hands-on development with mentoring and code reviews to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of features and integrations within the Broker Connectivity Distribution team.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to developers in agile squads.
• Drive code quality, CI/CD, and deployment practices including release management.
• Collaborate with Architects, Solution Engineers, Product Owners and Testers to deliver high-quality software.
