An engineer-led, employee-owned civil and environmental consultancy has opened a new office in Manchester and is seeking two Technical Leads at Engineer/Consultant level to specialise in Rainwater Management, SuDS and Nature-Based Solutions. You'll work on projects that improve surface water management and deliver environmental, social and economic benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Mid-level Engineers or Consultants with experience in project delivery and design or technical support.
• Background in drainage, flood risk, hydrology, SuDS or the water industry.
• Genuine interest in sustainable rainwater management and green-blue infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Rainwater Management and surface water drainage design
• SuDS and Nature-Based Solutions (NBS)
• Swales, raingardens, wetlands, ponds, tree pits and permeable paving
• Flood risk, drainage and water quality solutions
• Innovative approaches such as rainwater harvesting, reed beds and surface water separation
• Working across disciplines including hydrology, ecology, landscape, geotechnical and civil engineering
• Leading a small portfolio of low-complexity projects with support from Senior Technical Leads
• Working with internal teams, local authorities, regulators and external partners
