NHS Blood and Transplant in the UK is seeking a Technology Lead to join the Product Centre leadership, shaping digital services for organ tissue donation and transplantation and delivering innovative solutions to save lives.

You will define development standards, work with Architecture, manage suppliers, and lead on R&D, with hybrid home and centre-based work and occasional travel; reporting to Head of Product Centre.

Formación

• Extensive experience in design, development, management and maintenance of information systems.
• Proven software development experience across C#, .NET, HTML/JS, SQL and cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical decisions for complex, high-risk digital products and services.
• Structure Product Centre team, recruit internally and via external consultancies.
• Motivate and manage a team of developers to deliver world-class digital services.
• Estimate and plan development sprints with Delivery/Product/Service Managers.
• Drive long-term technical product strategy including testing across systems.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and support digital services and database services.
