Job summary

Production Futures Limited is seeking an experienced events professional in Greater London to lead planning and delivery of high-end AV solutions for corporate events, ensuring flawless execution. You will determine equipment needs, secure resources including freelancers and suppliers, build and tune PA systems, and coordinate RF and IEM setups to deliver world-class performances.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of field experience in the events/AV industry required.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers to determine audio equipment needs.
• Secure resources including freelancers and suppliers.
• Contribute to technical drawings using Vectorworks.
• Use D&B ArrayCalc for PA system design.
• Ensure planning documentation is communicated to delivery team.
• Build and tune PA systems for large scale events.
• Coordinate RF mic and IEM setups.
• Program comms systems with multiple wired/wireless systems.
• Supervise technicians during events.
• Maintain equipment and inventory.
