Job summary

Saga is seeking a Technical Lead – Infrastructure to oversee the outsourced infrastructure estate and ensure technical integrity and risk transparency. You will review designs, validate controls and guide incident responses to keep systems aligned with enterprise standards.

You will report to the Head of Infrastructure Operations and help manage a hybrid London-based and remote workforce, meeting in person about once a month to collaborate effectively.

Qualifications

Exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments across cloud and hybrid platforms.
Experience reviewing infrastructure designs within governance frameworks.
Ideally worked with outsourced partners or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Produce standards and best practices for cloud, network, servers, storage and infrastructure platforms and ensure partner follow them.
Review infrastructure design documentation, implementation and testing plans.
Monitor infrastructure risks and ensure they are documented and shared.
