Job summary

Insignis Talent. STR Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead for Verification & Validation of high-voltage systems in London. You will define VVQ plans, lead qualification campaigns and work with hardware, software, mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires hands-on VVQ leadership, experience with HV or power electronics, and familiarity with IEC 62368 and related standards. A competitive package includes bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic or High Voltage Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading VVQ activities for complex electrical products.
• Hands-on testing of high-voltage or power electronic systems.
• Familiarity with IEC 62368 and EN61000 or related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the VVQ strategy for high-voltage products and own testing plans.
• Develop verification and qualification methodologies for hardware and embedded systems.
• Design, execute and review VVQ tests and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
