Redline Group in London seeks a Lead Validation & Verification Engineer with strong high voltage systems and embedded testing experience to join a global engineering leader in fibre-optic and subsea cable manufacturing.

You will lead VVQ activities, define test architectures, coordinate qualification campaigns and mentor engineers while ensuring HV, EMI/EMC and safety standards compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in embedded system testing, validation and qualification.
• Hands-on HV power systems and safety-critical environments.
• Familiarity with IEC 62368, ETS 300 386, EN61000-4 and EN55022 standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead VVQ activities for HV PFE systems and system-level testing.
• Develop plans, strategies, and qualification methodologies for hardware and software.
• Coordinate internal and external qualification campaigns including EMI/EMC and safety testing.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with partners and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with HV safety and reliability standards.
