A leading tech recruitment firm is seeking a Technical Lead in the UK to drive hardware design and integration for advanced systems. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in hardware integration, strong RF fundamentals, and a background in electronics or physics. This full-time role involves overseeing outsourced design activities, collaborating across teams, and ensuring successful hardware validation and delivery.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hardware integration, preferably in RF, photonics, or optical systems.
• Strong understanding of high-speed ADC and DAC specifications for hardware control.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of custom integrated circuits for photonics modules.
• Provide technical leadership to outsourced design partners.
• Define hardware specifications and manage design reviews.
• Develop test plans for hardware validation and system integration.
• Manage supplier relationships and support production readiness.
