Ro is seeking a Technical Lead to drive patient-facing experiences at scale, collaborating with engineering, product, design, and data teams to deliver robust web and mobile solutions. You will oversee architecture, contribute hands-on development, and mentor a diverse engineering team in a dynamic healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience in consumer-facing or product-driven organizations.
• 2+ years People Leadership/Management experience.
• Experience in working in HIPAA environment or healthcare-adjacent field.
• Startup experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical direction and architecture to build durable, high-quality services for Ro’s patient experiences.
• Partner with product, design, data, engineering, and infrastructure leads to define strategy, roadmap, and technical design.
• Contribute hands-on to our application development.
• Lead an adaptable team that can deliver on short- and long-term business goals.
• Mentor engineers and managers through their career development.
