Job summary

Living With Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to guide architecture for backend, frontend, and mobile systems, while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory alignment.

You will lead the platform and mobile teams, establish coding standards, review security, and drive delivery through Jira-based sprint and release cycles. The role demands hands-on development with Java/SpringBoot, mobile app experience, and cloud/IaC expertise (AWS, Terraform, Ansible).

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java/SpringBoot and modern backend/frontend/mobile stacks.
• Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS/React Native) preferred.
• Cloud hosting experience (AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and recruitment experience; ability to drive teams.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for backend, frontend, and mobile systems.
• Set coding standards, patterns, and best practices; lead feasibility studies.
• Review security, correctness, and maintainability of code; lead team reviews.
• Lead recruitment and performance reviews; manage timelines and risks.
• Oversee sprint planning, releases, and Jira-based workflows.
• Ensure security and privacy by design across the product suite.
