Job summary

Global Digital Agency is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to design and deliver digital products across web, app, and AI platforms. Based near Oxford Circus, London, this hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office and will combine leadership with hands-on development on complex projects.

You will work with developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure scalable, high‑quality solutions while managing delivery, architecture, and testing standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery in a digital agency or end-client project consultancy environment.
• Commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to manage technical delivery in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution architecture.
• Provide hands-on support across frontend and backend development.
• Manage team delivery and resourcing through JIRA.
• Oversee Azure hosting, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive code quality, QA standards, and E2E testing using Playwright.

Global Digital Agency are hiring a hands‑on Tech Lead to lead the delivery of digital products across web, app, and AI platforms. Based near Oxford Circus, London, this hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office. You’ll combine technical leadership with hands‑on development, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution architecture
• Provide hands‑on support across frontend and backend development
• Manage team delivery and resourcing through JIRA
• Oversee Azure hosting, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders

Required Experience

• Strong experience leading delivery within a digital agency or end‑client project consultancy environment, this is essential
• Commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows

Nice to Have

• Azure AI Services and OpenAI API integration experience
• Webflow or other low‑code platform exposure
• Python experience within AI projects
