Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Full Stack Developer to steer and deliver modern, customer-facing platforms in a fast-growing UK SaaS company. You will lead a high-performing squad, shape architecture, and drive production-ready code from design through deployment.

You should have 10+ years in full-stack development, strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise, and a passion for scalable systems, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• 5+ years with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong background in system design and scalable architectures.
• Experience building large, production SaaS platforms.
• Clean-code mindset with SOLID principles.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployments.
• Commercial mindset for designing and delivering software.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders.
• Interest in AI to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across a high-performing development squad.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture, and domain modelling.
• Build proofs-of-concept and spike complex areas of work.
• Break down requirements into epics and user stories with product managers.
• Develop and deliver production-ready code across the full stack.
• Ensure high standards of quality, maintainability, performance and security.
• Support and improve live systems post-deployment.
• Influence tooling, direction and best practices across engineering.
