Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing UK SaaS business to hire a hands-on Technical Lead Full Stack Developer. You’ll shape and ship customer-facing platforms, mentoring a development squad and owning design through production delivery.

You’ll work with Node.js microservices, Vue.js, Redis, SQL Server, Snowflake and AWS, in a mature CI/CD and DevSecOps culture. The role is hybrid with one day per week in Fareham, Hampshire.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strong full stack development experience.
• Solid background in system design and scalable architectures.
• Experience building large production SaaS platforms.
• Experience with mature CI/CD and continuous deployment environments.
• A commercial mindset when designing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across a high-performing development squad (10+).
• Contribute to solution design, system architecture and domain modelling.
• Build proofs-of-concepts and spike complex areas of work.
• Break down requirements into epics and user stories with product managers.
• Develop and deliver production-ready code across the full stack.
• Ensure quality, maintainability, performance and security.
• Support and improve live systems after deployment.
• Influence technical direction and best practices across engineering.
