Exciting opportunity for a C++ Technical Lead with an Algo / Electronic Trading background to join this Global Energy Company.

This is an exciting time to be joining this world-leading company as they transform from a traditional Oil & Gas company into a leading name within the Renewables sector. This includes creating a highly successful new Power Trading desk within the Energy Trading team, as well as new ventures into innovative solutions around Renewables, including wind farms, electric vehicle charging, solar panel heating, and battery storage. These initiatives offer opportunities for talented individuals to contribute to this transition, working with industry experts on cutting-edge projects using the latest technology.

This role involves working on one of the company's key software development projects to enhance trading capabilities.

You will lead a team of skilled C++ developers in a self-contained team, collaborating closely with the Electronic Market Making / Trading Business to develop the next-generation trading system.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Algorithmic / Electronic / Real-Time Trading Systems
• Deep expertise in C/C++ Programming, Systems Design, Architecture, Distributed Systems, DSA, Performance, and Latency Optimization
• Proven track record in high-performance Algorithmic / Electronic / Real-Time Trading Systems
• Excellent communication skills to drive technical agendas, lead teams, and influence stakeholders
