The Role:

You'll be leading a team that sits at the heart of the tech function, acting as the engine that drives everything forward.

£80,000 starting salary + benefits

Fully remote (with one monthly team day in Manchester—don't worry though they'll pay for your travel)

Tech stack: .NET & Cloud (they use AWS but open to any experience)

This isn’t just about leadership—it’s about being a Servant Leader. You’ll be hands-on, guiding your team through pair programming, mentoring, and helping deliver projects.
