Tech Lead - eCommerce | Hybrid (Liverpool Office) | £Negotiable

We're partnering with a fast-growing eCommerce brand to find an experienced Tech Lead who thrives on driving technical innovation and mentoring teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves leading change and making a tangible impact on development across platforms, particularly Shopify.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Mentor & Guide: Support the team, providing leadership and mentorship to junior developers while fostering a collaborative environment.
2. Tech Oversight: Ensure the frontend tech stack is up to date, introducing new tools and technologies to keep things running smoothly.
3. Strategic Alignment: Work alongside marketing, product, and project management teams to align technical goals with business objectives.
4. Industry Insight: Stay ahead of trends and share knowledge to elevate team skills.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Shopify Expertise: Strong experience with Shopify development, Liquid templating, and front-end technologies.
2. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Hydrogen/Oxygen, React (NextJS, RemixJS), TypeScript, Chakra UI, and TailwindCSS.
3. Leadership Experience: Proven success in a senior or tech lead role, with a focus on mentoring and guiding development teams.
4. Problem Solver: Ability to identify and tackle technical challenges head-on.
5. Clear Communicator: Comfortable translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
