Job summary

Apple in London is seeking a motivated intern for the Wallet, Payments and Commerce team. You will support the Apple Pay program, work on PoCs, sample integrations, and documentation to help banks, PSPs and merchants implement Apple Pay.

This paid internship runs through September 2027, with on-site work at the London office three days per week and eligibility for Apple Benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and/or iOS development (Swift).
• Passion for Apple technology and products.
• Eagerness to learn about online payments, merchant integrations, and the payments ecosystem.
• Basic debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiasm for creating outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities

Summary

The Wallet, Payments and Commerce team is responsible for bringing ground-breaking financial services to consumers with a vision to replace the physical wallet and help people live financially healthier lives.

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious intern to join the Apple Pay team. This is an internship position on the Wallet, Payments and Commerce team and is located in our London offices requiring 3 days on site a week.

Description

You will support the Partner Solutions and Technical Project Management team in creating proof-of-concept projects and technical documentation that demonstrate Apple Pay functionality for issuing banks, payment service providers and merchants.

You will assist with building sample integrations, testing new features, and documenting best practices to help partners understand and implement Apple Pay solutions.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the payments ecosystem while contributing to projects that inspire partners to create best-in-class Apple Pay and Wallet experiences.

The internship is paid; you will be employed by Apple, and you will be eligible for Apple Benefits.

The internship will run until September 2027.
