Job summary

Forge Partnerships is assisting Stonegate Precision Tooling by recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for its growing Internal Sales Team.

You'll handle customer enquiries, build quotations, and pilot a structured CRM-driven sales process, with proactive outbound activity and training to become a trusted partner to field reps.

Ideal candidates have background in internal sales or telesales, strong phone/comms, and a commercial mindset aligned with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, telesales, account management or technical sales support.
• Organised, detail-focused and confident on the phone.
• CRM experience preferred (HubSpot) and a technical/manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests through the shared enquiry system.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to win orders.
• Manage a structured pipeline in the CRM with defined next actions.
• Spot cross-selling opportunities and support campaigns and launches.
