Location: M1 Corridor – ideally Luton area

Starting Salary: £40,000–£43,000

What you'll be doing:

1. Installing, configuring and testing AV systems: Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, Cisco VC, Teams/Zoom Rooms
2. First and second fix, rack building, commissioning and client handovers
3. Pre-site configuration, documentation, and system staging
4. Working alongside client IT teams to ensure smooth integration
5. Delivering to the highest possible standards with a meticulous eye for detail

What you’ll bring:

1. 3+ years of AV installation experience (ideally with CTS certification)
2. Hands-on expertise with Crestron (DM/NVX), Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, Dante Level 1/2, Microsoft Teams & Zoom integration
3. A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solution-first approach
4. A UK driving licence
5. Eligibility for SC Clearance (clean background essential)
