Lead AV Installation Engineer / On Site Manager – A new role with one of the largest specialist Smart Building Integrators in London. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in AV / Smart building systems integration. You should be an exceptional leader, capable of liaising with on-site contractors and taking charge of the team in the absence of the Project Manager. You will work on some of the most prestigious projects in London's High-End Residential market, with occasional commercial projects.

Must have skills:

• Team Management
• Excellent knowledge of Control4 or Lutron systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional hands-on AV skills
• Relevant industry training and certifications
• Pride in delivering high-quality projects
• Willingness to travel daily across London projects
