Job summary

Creative Boom Ltd. is seeking a Technical Designer/Illustrator to join its R&D team for a design-led luxury interiors brand.

You will create diagrammatic installation instructions from engineering data to finished guides used by customers and installers. The role requires communicating sequence and orientation purely through images, with SolidWorks Composer, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, and collaboration with development engineers.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate a physical process through images.
• Strong eye for clarity, sequence and simplicity.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or SolidWorks; Composer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, step-by-step diagrammatic installation instructions from engineering data to finished guides.
• Generate product markings for compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with development engineers and the R&D team.
• Manage workload against product launch deadlines and priorities.
