Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Technical Illustrator in Yeovil to produce high quality technical illustrations for aerospace programs. The role involves creating 2D and 3D visuals from CAD data and photos, using Isodraw, CATIA, Enovia, and the Adobe suite, while adhering to standards and project timelines.

The position is contracted with approximately 1–2 days on-site in Yeovil and requires HND-level illustration/graphics and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality technical illustrations to support Product Support and Engineering Aircrew and Service Bulletin teams.
• Create 2D and 3D illustrations using engineering drawings, CAD data and photographs.
• Work with Isodraw, CATIA, Enovia, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office software.
• Understand draft requirements to ensure high quality illustrations.
• Manage illustration production to timescales and budgets.
• Adhere to S100D Standards and department procedures.
