Job summary

Catch 22 is looking for a Technical Services Project Manager to lead FM input across a prestigious corporate office portfolio in Central London. This role is ideal for a technically strong FM professional eager to influence project delivery and ensure seamless building service operations.

The position offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days' holiday, life insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong hard services FM experience within complex buildings.
• Good understanding of PPM, health & safety, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical FM input on building and workplace projects.
• Reviewing designs, proposals and system compatibility.
• Managing operational risk across live environments.
• Supporting delivery across M&E, BMS, fire, security and fabric systems.
• Ensuring smooth commissioning, handover and maintenance documentation.
