Role Summary:

• Manage the on-site maintenance team, ensuring compliance with disciplinary procedures.
• Direct, instruct, and manage staff, ensuring adherence to working practices.
• Complete weekly operations reports and attend meetings with the client.
• Report issues impacting building and facility operations to management.
• Review and improve operating procedures and emergency protocols within critical systems.
• Develop financial plans for revenue, profit, and cost reduction, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Experience Required:

• Experience in similar roles within the Building Services industry.
• Mechanical or electrical qualifications.
• Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and workload prioritization.
• Experience in facilities management, including hard services.
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
