Qualifications

  • Expérience dans un rôle axé sur les installations et les utilités en environnement de fabrication.
  • Curiosité et capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques.
  • Volonté d’apprendre et de se développer dans un cadre GMP et sécurité.

Responsibilities

  • Servir d’expert et de propriétaire système pour les installations et utilités désignées (vapeur industrielle, eau pour injection, air comprimé, réfrigération/ventilation).
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de maintenance et de fiabilité pour optimiser performance et disponibilité.
  • Mener des investigations racine et des améliorations continues pour réduire les pannes et améliorer la fiabilité.
  • Accompagner les projets CAPEX, y compris mise en service, Qualification et transfert des équipements et infrastructures.

We're looking for a **Technical Expert – Facilities & Utilities** to provide technical leadership for critical site utility and facility systems, ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement across the site. This is a days based position. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and System Owner for designated facilities and utilities systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation. (i.e Plant Steam, Water for Injection, Pure Steam, Compressed Air, Refrigeration/Ventilation)* Develop and implement maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle strategies to maximise equipment performance and availability.* Lead technical troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve reliability.* Support CAPEX projects, including commissioning, qualification, and handover of new equipment and infrastructure.* Manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and specialist service providers while mentoring and developing engineering colleagues.* Ensure compliance with GMP, engineering, statutory, and EHS requirements, maintaining audit readiness across assigned systems. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience:** * Experience from a similar facilities and utilities focussed role in a manufacturing environment.
